THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
From excavation to start-up, our team ensures every stage of your project is handled with the highest level of care and precision.
ESTIMATE & CONTRACT
Our process begins with delivering an accurate bid for your project. Whether we created the design or are working from external plans, our estimating team carefully reviews every detail to ensure all project costs are accounted for. If the scope of work and pricing meet your approval, we’ll proceed with a formal construction agreement.
PLANS & PERMITTING
Once we receive a signed contract, our draftsman and engineers will begin preparing your construction plans. With all required documents in hand we will submit the necessary information to the city or county for approval. Our team will provide you with weekly updates on the status of your permit.
FINISHING MATERIALS
During the permitting phase, our in-house material specialists will contact you to begin selecting the finish materials for your project. We recommend completing this step before the permit is issued to ensure a smoother construction process once we begin.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Once your permit is approved, our office will contact you to schedule the start of your project. You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will oversee every aspect of the construction, ensuring our exceptional craftsmanship remains consistent throughout. Each custom project presents unique challenges, and your project manager will guide you through every step. From renovations to high-end custom builds, our experienced team has done it all.
